From discovery to reservation
Browse workshops, inspect session details and reserve a free place. Booking state and session availability stay visible rather than disappearing into a message thread.
Live product · Independent Noerong product
An inviting workshop catalogue backed by capacity-aware reservations, fair waitlists and a focused organizer workspace.
The $99 source kit includes application code, database migrations, tests, buyer instructions and a single-organization commercial licence. The separate $249 setup service covers one buyer-owned deployment, existing brand assets, one studio, up to three supplied workshops, a smoke test, written handoff and one consolidated revision. The kit, hosting, domains, provider fees, new features and ongoing maintenance are separate from the setup price. This release supports free reservations and in-app updates, not payments or automatic booking emails.

The product
Seatloom connects the welcoming side of a creative workshop with the operational work behind it. Visitors can discover sessions and reserve a place, while organizers manage availability, rosters and attendance in one workspace. It is an independent Noerong product. The public demo uses fictional participants and workshops, not a paid client engagement.
Product walkthrough

Product approach
Warm editorial typography and photography make workshop discovery approachable. Clear session details and explicit time zones support booking decisions. Behind the interface, database transactions protect capacity and preserve waitlist order. Demo interactions are separate from authenticated live records, so visitors can explore without affecting a real studio.
Core system
Browse workshops, inspect session details and reserve a free place. Booking state and session availability stay visible rather than disappearing into a message thread.
Capacity-aware transactions prevent conflicting reservations. FIFO waitlists offer released seats in order, with a 15-minute claim window. Offers reconcile on relevant actions or refresh, not through a background scheduler.
Reschedule or cancel a booking within the supported workflow. State changes stay connected to session availability and the participant record.
Create and publish workshops, manage sessions, inspect participant rosters and record check-in. Organizer access is authenticated and scoped to studio ownership.
The source kit includes the React and TypeScript application, Supabase migrations, domain and database checks, licence and setup guide. Hosting and backend accounts remain buyer-owned.

Architecture
React, TypeScript and Vite power the interface. Supabase authentication and PostgreSQL policies separate visitor and organizer access. Transactional database functions handle reservation capacity, waitlists and booking changes. Bolt provides the live deployment; focused local implementation and isolated regression checks keep iteration deliberate.
Outcome and boundaries
The release passed 30 domain tests and 27 isolated database checks. A real-account walkthrough verified email confirmation, workshop creation, publishing, reservation, rescheduling, roster access, check-in and cancellation. A hosted email-type mismatch found during that walkthrough was corrected and retested. These are development checks, not customer outcomes or a security certification.
Deploy to buyer-owned hosting and Supabase accounts, apply the supplied migrations and configure authentication origins. Confirm email delivery and run the booking checks on the buyer's environment. This release provides free reservations and in-app updates. Payments, automatic booking emails, background waitlist scheduling, custom integrations and ongoing maintenance are not included. Demo participants and booking records are fictional.
