FrameProof

Live product · Independent Noerong product

A focused image-review workspace that keeps artwork, pinned feedback, revision comparisons and decisions together.

The $99 source kit includes the application, migrations, tests, buyer guide and a single-organization commercial licence. The separate $249 setup service includes the kit, one branded deployment and one scoped revision. Hosting, domains, email delivery, provider usage, new features and ongoing maintenance are separate.

The product

Built around the
actual workflow.

FrameProof addresses a familiar review problem: artwork in one place, comments in another, and approvals attached to the wrong revision. I designed and built an independent Noerong product that keeps each image, its feedback and its decision in context. The public Aster Studio demo uses fictional artwork and people; it does not represent a paid client engagement.

Product approach

Less friction.
More clarity.

The artwork stays central, supported by compact asset, comment and revision rails. Normalized pin coordinates keep feedback attached to the same detail across screen sizes. Full compositions are fitted without cropping. Phone drawers preserve canvas space, while keyboard navigation and dialog focus restoration make the workflow usable beyond a mouse. A warm neutral palette and restrained terracotta accent keep attention on the work.

Core system

What it
brings together.

01

Feedback in the frame

Pin a comment to an exact image detail, reply in context, resolve the thread and reopen it when needed. Each revision keeps its own feedback.

02

Actual revision comparison

Immutable uploads preserve earlier artwork. Compare any two revisions with a keyboard-accessible reveal slider and side-by-side views.

03

Decisions with a version

Approve or request changes on the selected revision. A new upload starts pending rather than inheriting an old approval. Decisions are review records, not legal signatures.

04

Private projects and controlled sharing

Authenticated roles separate administration, uploads and review. Expiring, revocable bearer links grant access to one asset and its revisions. Guest display names are self-reported.

05

A practical source handoff

The source kit includes React and TypeScript code, database migrations, a guest-review function, tests and deployment guidance. JSON exports preserve activity without temporary image-access URLs.

Architecture

Why these
decisions.

BoltReactTypeScriptSupabase

React, TypeScript and Vite power the interface. Supabase authentication, database policies and private storage isolate projects; server-side role checks and atomic revision allocation protect workflow integrity. Guest review validates hashed tokens with asset scope, expiry and revocation. Bolt created the initial canvas and database foundation. Focused local engineering added integrated workflows, interface refinement, tests and security corrections, with the live application hosted on Bolt.

Delivered product

A working review path from private image upload to pinned discussion, revision comparison, guest review and exact-version decisions. The release passed 36 unit tests and 25 backend assertions, plus browser checks at phone, tablet and laptop widths. Signup email confirmation was verified. These are development verification results, not customer-performance claims or a security certification.

Before a business launch

Use a buyer-owned frontend and backend, verified authentication, reliable SMTP and an exact production origin. Test password-reset email delivery and saving downloaded exports on the buyer's deployment; those were not completed release checks. Configure backups, retention, deletion, monitoring and abuse controls before a broader commercial launch. Video annotation, Figma sync, AI critique, billing and legal e-signatures are excluded. Active guest links include all asset revisions; previously issued image URLs may remain usable for up to two minutes after revocation.

Independently designed and built by Rongali Chaitanya at Noerong. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before a client implementation.
