The product

Built around the
actual workflow.

Noerong Proposals turns the path from scope to client decision into one professional workflow. It replaces proposal documents, pricing spreadsheets, email approvals, and uncertain follow-up with a branded system that records every important step.

Product approach

Less friction.
More clarity.

The product was built in Bolt around five jobs: organize clients, price a clear scope, share one secure link, capture the decision, and maintain a trustworthy activity record. The interface stays deliberately focused so independent teams gain operational clarity without adopting a heavyweight CRM.

Core system

What it
brings together.

01

Accurate proposal builder

Services, quantities, rates, line discounts, proposal discounts, tax, terms, and expiry are calculated in one structured editor.

02

Branded client link

Every proposal is presented through a secure public page where the client can review, comment, accept, or decline.

03

Visible proposal lifecycle

Draft, viewed, accepted, rejected, and expired states give the business a clear pipeline instead of guesswork.

04

Access and reliability controls

Authentication, user-isolated data, protected functions, exact-origin CORS, responsive layouts, and safe error states define the application's operating boundaries.

Inside the product

The work, in detail.

The client review page keeps scope, pricing, and decision actions together.

Architecture

Why these
decisions.

BoltReactTypeScriptBolt Cloud

React and TypeScript keep the proposal editor and pricing states explicit. Supabase authentication and PostgreSQL Row Level Security separate each user's records; a server-side function handles token-based client review without exposing private workspace data.

Outcome and boundaries

What is built.
What comes next.

Delivered product

A working path from client record to priced scope, branded review link, and recorded decision. The public sample lets a reviewer inspect the client experience without signing up.

Before a business launch

The source kit requires its own database, authentication configuration, function deployment, and secrets. Configure and test the buyer's production origin and password-reset redirect before sharing real proposals. Version 1.0.1 adds the missing new-password screen and a clear email-confirmation state after signup. Sample records illustrate the workflow; they are not client results.

Independently designed and built by Rongali Chaitanya at Noerong. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before a client implementation.
