The product

Built around the
actual workflow.

FollowDesk turns the fragile period after a new enquiry into an explicit, visible workflow. It helps small teams follow up consistently without adding a heavyweight CRM to their day.

Product approach

Less friction.
More clarity.

Every lead has a stage, owner, next action, and history. The interface prioritizes what needs attention now, while templates and booking steps remove repetitive manual work.

Core system

What it
brings together.

01

Focused pipeline

A clear progression from new enquiry to qualified, booked, won, or closed.

02

Automated reminders

Approved email sequences support consistent follow-up. Booked/closed leads suppress future sends; staff can stop queued messages after a reply or opt-out. Automatic reply detection is not included.

03

Booking workflow

Qualified conversations move toward a scheduled call with fewer back-and-forth messages.

04

Activity history

Notes, contact attempts, stage changes, and next actions stay attached to the lead.

Inside the product

The work, in detail.

Architecture

Why these
decisions.

FastAPIEmail automationBookingSQLite

FastAPI and SQLite maintain the lead record, six-stage pipeline, and activity history. Scheduled follow-ups use editable approved templates; booking and closed states suppress future sequence messages. Version 1.0.1 also lets staff stop remaining queued emails after a reply or opt-out. Replies arrive in the configured mailbox; automatic reply detection is not included. SMTP is configured separately from the no-send showcase.

Outcome and boundaries

What is built.
What comes next.

Delivered product

A working enquiry-to-booking workflow with explicit next actions and repeatable follow-up. The emphasis is operational clarity rather than an unverified conversion-rate promise.

Before a business launch

Production email needs the buyer's SMTP provider, verified sender domain, and approved copy. Configure private admin/webhook tokens and persistent storage. The public example does not send real outreach; multi-tenant operation requires additional authentication and database work.

Independently designed and built by Rongali Chaitanya at Noerong. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before a client implementation.

Make it your own

A foundation for your next build.

The $199 setup includes the source licence, one business, up to four approved email steps, one verified SMTP sender, booking link, one deployment and handoff. Staff can stop queued follow-ups after a reply or opt-out. Automatic reply detection and inbox/calendar synchronization are separate integrations.
