The product

Built around the
actual workflow.

GrowthDesk explores the customer journey in one interface. Version 1.1 provides a working single-owner lead-management foundation and identifies the larger CRM areas that still require development.

Product approach

Less friction.
More clarity.

A focused operational core is paired with visible previews. The public demo rejects writes and uses fictional records. Production mode requires configured owner access and a fresh database before customer enquiries can be stored.

Core system

What it
brings together.

01

Protected owner workspace

Signed sessions, server checks on staff pages and APIs, same-origin write protection and explicit production configuration.

02

Working lead management

Consent-based website enquiries, manual leads, validated fields, opportunity stages and stored business settings.

03

Clearly marked CRM previews

Inbox, automation, client delivery and portal layouts show an extension path. Message delivery, project creation, approvals, downloads and payments are not implemented.

04

Tested foundation

Session, validation and HTTP workflow checks cover access boundaries and lead persistence. Report charts are labelled illustrative and pipeline estimates are not described as earned revenue.

Inside the product

The work, in detail.

A lead pipeline makes ownership, value, stage, and next action visible.

Architecture

Why these
decisions.

ReactTypeScriptLead managementDeveloper foundation

React and TypeScript use Next-compatible routes through vinext and a D1-compatible database. Version 1.1 adds protected single-owner sessions, validated public enquiries and guarded staff APIs. Broader CRM modules are interface and data-model previews.

Outcome and boundaries

What is built.
What comes next.

Delivered product

A deployed read-only fictional showcase and a working owner lead-management foundation. Three focused test groups and 27 local HTTP checks passed. Inbox delivery, automation execution, portal approvals, downloads, payments and review collection are not implemented.

Before a business launch

Use a fresh buyer-owned persistent database, explicit production mode, a random owner key and the exact public origin. Never enable demo mode against customer records. Team accounts, provider integrations and full CRM workflows require additional development. The $299 setup covers the implemented lead-management foundation only.

Independently designed and built by Rongali Chaitanya at Noerong. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before a client implementation.
